About Rachel Hadas...
Rachel Hadas is the author of numerous collections of poems and essays and recently retired from Rutgers University-Newark, where she was Board of Governors Professor of English. She has translated Euripides’s Iphigenia plays and a book of the Dionysiaca of Nonnus, published in 2022 as Tales of Dionysus. Her most recent books are essays, Piece by Piece, and poetry, Pandemic Almanac and Ghost Guest. Forty-four Pastorals is forthcoming.
